Repair Policy/Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  • Repair Pros will do a full inspection on the device prior to starting the repair and after the repair has been completed. If other problems are found with the device, Repair Pros will contact the owner immediately before completing repairs. 

  • If Repair Pros determines a device is beyond repair, we will contact you.

  • If your device has liquid damage, no warranty will be given on any repair. 

  • Repair Pros retains the right to refuse any repair.

  • Refunds: No Refunds for Repairs or Screen Protectors. Exchange allowed on specific items only within 7 days

  • We offer a FREE DEVICE EVALUATION/DIAGNOSIS/ESTIMATE to all our customers.

  • If your device is damaged beyond repair, you will have the following options: we return your device to you with no estimate charge, purchase a certified refurbished device, or we will salvage your old device free of charge. However; if your device is evaluated to be repairable and given a quote by Repair Pros, and you decided not to proceed, or if for any reason, once the repair has begun or has been completed, you either choose to stop the repair or the device is not repairable, then a labor fee of $25-$50 will be charged.

  • Repair Pros offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all SCREEN REPAIRS (Parts and Labor). Batteries have a 90 day warranty. 

  • Our warranty DOES NOT COVER Physical or Liquid Damage after the repair. 

  • If for some reason, the technician is unable to check your device prior to repair, Repair Pros cannot be held liable for anything not functioning correctly after the repair.

  • If the unit should malfunction, it must be returned to Repair Pros for evaluation, and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser (if applicable). Repair Pros’ technicians will diagnose the repair immediately upon receipt. Upon examination by Repair Pros, if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Repair Pros WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, liquid damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Repair Pros, use of any other product other than Repair Pros products, or unauthorized modification. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification; misapplication; misuse; abuse or other operating conditions outside of Repair Pros control. WARRANTY is VOID if the device is opened by anyone other than our technicians at our facilities.

  • Software WARRANTY applies to factory restores, backups, jailbreaks, unlocks, and applies to computers, laptops, cellular phones, consoles, etc. WARRANTY is VOID if customer performs any software modifications not limited to restore, updating software on the device, downloading unauthorized or unapproved software, viruses, malware, spyware, or attempts to modify any software that has been installed by Repair Pros. Repair Pros reserve the right to VOID any warranty if any improper software installations or modifications have been made after customer has left our repair location. 

  • While every effort is made to preserve your data, data loss may occur. Though the risk of data loss is highly unlikely, we strongly recommend that customers back up their data before any repair. If data loss occurs, due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, Repair Pros cannot be held liable.

  • If bugs or any hazardous materials are found, a $25 cleaning and hazard fee will be automatically applied.  

  • If a device is left at any of the Repair Pros locations for more than four (4) months without constant contact with the store or a lack of payment, Repair Pros reserves ownership of the device at  that time, unless otherwise agreed upon during the intake of the device.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Repair Pros, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  • REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT, AS PROVIDED HEREIN, IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. REPAIR PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, RENTAL OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, ARISING OUT OF ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, INCLUDING WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTORY OR TORT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TERM OF ANY WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, OR IN THE EVENT THAT ANY WARRANTY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL REPAIR PRO’S PHONE REPAIR’S ENTIRE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES/PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
